Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use buy-frame.com and the BuyFrame platform.

Last updated 19 October 2026

1.About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and BuyFrame & Co Ltd ("BuyFrame", "we", "us"). They cover buy-frame.com and the BuyFrame platform, including PriceFRAME, its AI agents and our other products ("the Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to them. If you do, or sign up, on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that company.

If you have signed an order form or master agreement with us, that document takes priority over these terms where they conflict.

2.Your account

  • The Services are for business use by people aged 18 or over.
  • Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Every new account is reviewed by us and is approved or declined at our discretion. Until it is approved you cannot log in. We may also deactivate an account, for example if it breaches these terms or has been inactive.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so tell us at once if you suspect it has been misused.

3.Using the Services

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own internal business purposes while your account is active, in line with these terms and the plan you choose.

We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and may suspend the Services for maintenance or security reasons. Free plans may be limited in features, seats and AI usage.

Paid plans: prices, billing periods and payment methods are those shown for the plan you choose or set out in your order form. Prices exclude tax unless stated. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires or we agree otherwise in writing.

4.Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

  • use the Services unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights, including by uploading content you have no right to use;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems, or test their security without our written permission;
  • introduce malware, or overload or disrupt the Services;
  • copy, reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Services, except where the law allows;
  • scrape or harvest data from the Services by automated means, other than through interfaces we provide;
  • resell or provide the Services to others, or use them to build a competing product;
  • enter special-category personal data, or data you are not allowed to share with us.

5.Your content and data

You keep ownership of the data and content you put into the Services, and of the quotes, documents and other outputs produced from it (“Your Content”). You give us a licence to host, copy and process Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services for you.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the right to use it. Where Your Content includes personal data, we process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, and we will agree separate data processing terms with you on request.

6.AI features

Parts of the Services use AI agents to prepare prices, quotes, summaries and recommendations. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it and for every pricing, quoting, approval and commercial decision you make or authorise. The Services support those decisions. They are not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice.

7.Our intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services, including the software, designs, and the BuyFrame, PriceFRAME, xFRAME and related names and logos. These terms do not transfer any of that to you, and you may not use our names or logos without our written permission. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without paying you.

8.Third-party services

The Services may link to or work with third-party services, such as LinkedIn or Calendly. They are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9.Disclaimers

Except as these terms expressly state, and as far as the law allows, we provide the Services “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude all other promises, conditions and warranties, whether express or implied, including satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.

10.Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that:

  • we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss; and
  • our total liability to you arising from or in connection with the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and £100.

11.Ending your use

You can stop using the Services at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing sales@buy-frame.com. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop providing the Services, and where reasonable we will tell you first. When access ends, we will on request make Your Content available for export for a reasonable period, after which we may delete it. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will do so.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example as the Services or the law change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. For significant changes we will give you notice by email or on the site, and if you keep using the Services after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

13.General

  • Governing law. These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
  • Whole agreement. These terms (with any order form) are the whole agreement between us on this subject.
  • If part is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over our business.
  • Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  • Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by things outside our reasonable control.
